Okay Ive been on Atkins for about 7 weeks now. Lost 23 lbs....but Im gonna try the whole "colon cleanse" thing. Kinda scared but Ive heard that it works. Has anyone tried it. I looked at all the different ones at some different stores. And I ended up getting one called "colonclenz". It has 75 capsules to it. I thought this was just a take it and be over...done thing. I bought it so I could "Go" while Im off for the weekend from work. PLEASE let me know if u have tried this or know of anyone that has. I bought a good book and as gross as this sounds. Im ready to grab my book and spend the night in the bathroom. But with 75 capsules...it seems like this is just something I would take daily. Not what I wanted. BUt that's how they all came.

I liked the OxyPowder caps. they are fairly inexpensive and work very well. Just don't be far from the toilet.

They can be kinda rough on the gut if you take too much, but man do they work....

From what I have read they are not necessary and most of what comes out is stuff that results from whatever is in the pills you take for the cleanse.

Well I just took my 1st one....we will see what happens. The directions werent very good. They just said take one or two daily. I have to run to my Mom's in a lil bit. And when I get home...Im gonna take another.

I've done Dr. Natura Colonix and it is amazing. It doesn't make you go suddenly or all the time, it just really cleans you out. Google it, it's pretty good.
