    butter in the grocery

    Ok so i have lost 28 pounds so far, yay!! I was strolling through the grocery and walked by the butter. Wow! 28 pounds of butter is heavy!!!!!! I took 28 one pound butter boxes and stacked em up and lifted them... Thankgoodness the grocery was rather empty... LOL

      Thats a good idea! I might try it, so I can actually feel how much weight my body is no longer carrying. Of course for me, I will have much less boxes of butter to carry as I'm not as far along in WOE.

        Congratulations Ruthie!!!!!

        That is so exciting....I was thinking about the same thing the other day...what a certain amount of butter would look like in regards to what we lose.

        Keep it up, you're doing awesome!
