Thank you for helping me

Just wanted to say thank you to all the people that with his storys, asking/answering questions had help me to begin to go out of the hole.

I just posted this http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...-about-me.html in the photos section, I tell my history, some photos and how sugar affected to my day by day life.

It's beeing difficult, but with your help and reading you, it cames easier every day.
