  • how do I get back on track?

    I was off track for about 2 days- to get back into ketosis do I have to start induction over again for the full 14 days?

    Or, can I just go back to where I was on the rungs before my little vacation in order to keep losing?

    Personally I just go right back to what I was doing before the lapse. then again I am not real high up on the rung deal anyhow YMMV

      Steve,

      I was already eating peanuts almost daily and even drinking a few ultras (daily)-

      It would be nice to go back to that right?

        You didn't say what you ate in these two days, but whatever it was you're probably not in ketosis anymore. The first step is to get back there, otherwise you'll keep cheating. For this, what I would do, is go back to OWL Rung 1 (with max. 20 net carbs) or induction for a few days. After you things get back in control, you should be able to continue from where you were.

          Ok, I'll try that- I hope it works because I was pretty comfortable where I was before the cheat days.

            Really, if you didn't blow it too terribly, shouldn't take more than a few days to get back into the zone.

              HMMMmmmm... Let's see, I went to Vegas for the weekend- uh I REALLY blew it, but it was worth it. I knew what I was getting myself into, so I'm prepared to pay.
