Good morning everyone.... I have a question to ask but first....
this is day 4 on induction and I have lost 5 lbs so far.. if that is all I lose this week, I am happy with that....
but my question in, I was doing a search for induction friendly snacks to have and I cam across a discrepancy of sorts..
You see I really love to eat hummus( i make it myself so I know I put in it)
but while doing a search a lot of people said they had hummus as a snack while on induction, and that it is induction friendly... is it though. I was looking on the Atkins site and it said to stay away from legumes such as chickpeas... I had a few tablespoons the other night with my sliced up cucumber, before I saw that It is not allowed????
Can anyone verify or help me out with this?
thanks.. and keep up the great work everyone and never get discouraged
you CAN and WILL SUCCEED!!!
