And after I was doing so well, too 
Last weekend, I got the stomach flu. I didn't eat anything ALL DAY, the thought of EVERYTHING atkins-friendly - even stomach-flu ok stuff like chicken broth - made me ill to think about! But toast sounded wonderful and didn't make me ill when I smelled it
I went ahead & had some, figuring it'd be better to eat something bad for me than go hungry. Sound, logical reasoning, but I was NOT prepared for the after effects of having the carbs o_o
The next day I pigged out >_< Chocolate cereal, soda, rice, fruit... NOTHING good for me sounded at all appetizing.
The day after that I vowed to be good, but my boyfriend cheated on the diet - so I used that as an excuse to cheat as well.
I've been good since then, and i'm finally back on ketosis today...
....but I've gained 7 pounds this week!! >_<!!!

Back on induction I go (I was just about to start OWL Rung 1 this week too)... wish me luck everyone.
