Hello all,
One of the many things I am grateful for is meeting my 2 week mini goal. My next mini goal is:
2 more weeks of induction
add warm up and stomachs on 2nd day a week
jogging ever increasing portions of the 3.5 miles I walk/jog 5-6 days per week.
Hope you all enjoy the turkey and eschew the stuffing!
