Where do i get "keto" sticks?

I pick mine up from the local rite aid pharmacy. most pharmacies store them behind the counter. Sometimes they are out and have to special order them. I pay 8 dollars for a 50 count bottle. -

Some of us found we could get no colour changes with them even while losing weight and having the other symptoms of being in ketosis - so I would say they are only an optional extra 'tool' rather than a neccessity.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

goal 1: 245 by 2/1
goal 2: 235 by 3/1
goal 3: 225 by 4/1
goal 4: 215 by 5/1
goal 5: 205 by 6/1
final goal: 200 by 6/15
