Thank you all for your messages. I'm so sorry that I haven't been online for a while. I got very busy with work and as always, it took over my life completely!
I gained a few pounds over Christmas but I have lost 5 pounds so far this week, so I am very happy with that. I am still exercising, and eating nuts and blueberries, and of course olive oil! My carb in-take has gone up to 25g and this number is really ideal for me.
