I really didn't cheat so to speak for Turkey day, but I did have a tablespoon of dressing (I measured it) and a bite of glazed ham. I was the cook for the day, so my guests were treated to atkins friendly dishes, unknowingly of course. I did make a non atkins friendly dressing, and there were the white devil dinner roles. The pies were sugar free for once this year. I made the feax mashed potatoes and used Xanthium gum to thicken the gravy. They had no clue. I steered away from all desserts, and bread besides the one tablespoon of dressing. I know I probably ate more than my induction friendly carb count. I ate tons of feau potatoes, and asparagus, and salad. My treat for the day was a sugar free jello with whipped cream from the can. <1 carb < 1 sugar. The funny thing is this. I had been in extended induction for two weeks and hadn't lost even a oz in over two weeks. I held the same weight until this morning, and whoosh!!! I lost 4 pounds. Does this mean, I need to go onto OWL or was I not getting enough of something on extended induction? Any ideas?
