  • cheese quide in grams anyone?

    Can someone tell me how many grams can i eat in cheese a day please?

    Lets see the rule is "three to four ounces daily"
    One ounce is 28.35 gram
    That makes it 85-113 grams.

    I am not into ounces either. It like this converter on the net

      I also find having a kitchen scale can really help too..I have a digital one i only paid $15 for that has both g's and oz's and it's a huge help!

        So if i say im allowed 100g of cheese that makes it alot easier phew thought i was eating too much. My local store near work sells small chucks of cheese for 35g and wasnt sure how many ozs that was thanks for the help! really appreciate it.
