  • Trying again

    Hello everyone,
It has been awhile since i have been in.
My weight loss has been non existant since i was last here in the spring.
I got an email because i haven't been here in awhile, and i would like to thank you for sending me that email.
I have been knowing i need to start back on atkins for awhile.
But, knowing i have all of you for support makes me feel so much better, and honestly more likely to start back soon.
So I will be in when my day one begins once again.
Thank you all for being an inspiration, and for being so supportive!
    Talk more soon!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
