        Re: Flax meal on Induction?

I used flax on induction only because my hubby does not eat veggies at all. I had to add in some fiber someway so I put it in our food. While I am following atkins diet more like the plan he does not eat veggies so I added in flax to help him out.

I put it in hamburgers, meatloaf and induction friendly pizza crust.

You can have flax in induction to get things moving and avoid constipation. You should only have the amount needed to get results. If you have problems this way, you could start with a tablespoon (always ground) and see how you go.

A tip: Make sure you drink lots of water with flax as, if you don't have enough, it can lump up and have the opposite effect!
