  • Un-Impressive Induction

Tomorrow makes 2 weeks. Only down 3 pounds.
I've followed the rules to the letter. I'm not giving up, but I'm disappointed in the results.
The last time I did Atkin's a few years ago. I lost 10 pounds during induction. I ended up losing 127 pounds in 2 years 291 to 164.

Well - at least that is three pounds less to carry about

How much weight in total have you got to lose?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

About 20 more pounds. I am currently 184 and would be happy at 164.

You lost over 10% which is excellent. Dr. A stated you can expect a loss of 5-10% on Induction. Do a happy dance!!

That's a good point. Thank You.
          ....(doing a happy dance)....
The first time around I had a lot more to lose, so I guess I shouldn't expect it to fall off at the rate it did then.

Way to go on your three pounds! And please keep in mind what you said, you can't expect it to fall off like it did before because (hooray!) you don't have as much to lose now.
