    thanks.......

    hello everyone ,i just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone here in the atkins forum for being such a great support system,i started atkins sep,08,2008 and since then i have lost 34 pounds and i could'nt be more happier,im not going to lie, there have been times when i would fall off the wagon and feel so lousy about it ,but then i would share it with you guys and everyone here would tell me not to worry to hop right back on the band wagon and for that i am very greatful,so for any newbies who are finding it difficult staying on this diet ,just give it a chance atkins does work and everyone here are awesome people,so take care everyone and enjoy the holidays.

    Thanks for the sweet post. This is not my first time on Atkins, but I find I need the support now more than ever. Congrats on your loss!

          Thanks cynthia,kim,and amy i really appreciate your comments,and everything i wrote on my post i said from the bottom of my heart because truly everyone here are great compasionate people,who give the best advice because they all know that everyone here are here for the same reason to try to lose weight and get healthy,anyways good luck girls with your diets and happy holidays!

            Hi, Rose. I've found this site a couple years ago and had a lot of success the first year. I strongly believe I owe SO much of that to the great people here. I've made some true friends, and feel so fortunate to have found this place. Lately, I haven't been as successful, but every time I reappear (for good this time, I hope), my friends welcome me with open arms. It really is a special place -- thanks for your post!
