    tomorrow is my last induction day. i have about 92 more pounds to lose. ive lost 10.5 im not bored eating, i love it!! not one cheat!!! should i stayfor 2 more weeks or move on?

    Congrats on making it through induction and on your loss so far! Terrific!

    When to move on from induction is not always an easy decision. You could stay there a while longer if you like (and are not bored with the foods)... on the other hand, if you were to make the move to OWL you'd have the plus of more food choices.
    Just remember that extended induction is really meant for those who are rather metabolically resistent to weight loss, which you don't seem to be.

    I stayed on induction for several months and, in retrospect, regret that. When I eventually did move to OWL, I realised that I should have done so sooner. The re-introduction of foods was very, very welcome and I still got to lose weight perfectly well.

    Many people find they even lose quicker on the first rung of OWL (more veggies)!

    What I'm trying to say is: Stay in induction for a little longer if you want, but don't be afraid of OWL. It works. The whole programme works, when done the way Dr A prescribes.
