I'm at college and it's finals week. I'm very stressed out and yesterday I ate some peanuts. Bad, I know, but I suppose things could be worse. I desperately wanted a donut this morning but stuck to eggs and sausage, eating the donut would only add to my stress. I don't want to ever see the number 170 on the scale again, I bounced back and forth between the 160's and 170 for too long due to cheating.
Anyway, I only got a couple of hours of sleep and weighed 169 this morning, two pounds up.
So I'm guessing it's water retention from the salty peanuts as well as not enough sleep?
Do you guys have trouble losing weight when you're stressed?
