Hope that made sense.
I went on anti-candidas diet, and leanred so much good stuff I went to Atkins when it ws time to stop the anticandidas diet.
I lost about 15 pounds (after losing another 15 pounds on a cut-out-most-of-the-junk-food diet the previous two years.)
I got down to my goal weight.
Then I had teeth problems and had to change my eating habits.
chewy steak was tough
ate a lot more nut butters (especially peanut butter and sunflower butter)
I thought I stayed within my carb allotment (30g), but perhaps not, as I gained 5 pounds.
Now I can't lose those 5 pounds.
Anything thoughts? suggestions?
Couple other pieces of information:
1. I have started up the diet diary again to track things. I think I've been under 30g/day carbs, without much success with weight loss.
2. I made it to my goal weight with the help of a gall bladder attack that had me stop eating for a couple of weeks. AFter I got to 124 however, I stayed there for over half a year with 30g/carb/day.
3. The doc really isn't worried about the 5 pounds at all. I'm more concerned about losing my margin-of-error. If something happens again, and I gain another 5 pounds, and then again, it will be a problem.
Thanks for your help.
