You're not in trouble, but your body may be paying the price. The best thing to do is get right back on track. Eat your veggies, protein, and fat. Drink lots of water and exercise. RUN from those sweets! Don't dwell on your slip up, just move forward and shift your focus back to how you want to be eating to feel your best ~ low-carb.
Oh, Kristine said the magic word...r-u-n. Run!!! Really...literally. You can do a little jog...even in your living room.

Throw out whatever is left of the sweets, get back on track with your eating, drink lots of water, take your vitamins and EXERCISE
