  • anyone interested in recipes?

Hi everyone, I just bought a low carb 1-2-3 cookbook and thought if anyone was interested I could post some recipes here. I know this isn't the recipe forum but I figured this was the one everyone reads the most.
I browsed through it and there are some decent recipes in there and best part it lists the carb content of each dish and they are all 3 ingredients. So if anyone is interested let me know and I will post them, I'll try to at least list the names of the dishes in the next couple of days. Alright I'll stop rambling on and on. hugs to everyone

    Sounds like a great book.

Even though this seems like the best place to post recipes, I think it's actually more better for furture searches to share recipes in the recipe forum. There's both a discussion about recipes and actual recipe forums. I think it would be great adding those recipes you try in either one of those.

Can't wait to hear about the recipes your tried!

I agree with Lisa - better to post the recipes in the relevant 'Atkins food and recipes' Forum - so desserts in the dessert forum, main dishes in the main dishes forum and so on so future members can find them more easily.

You can always post here with a link to the recipes you post there to alert members. Make each recipe shows the title of the book and the author & publisher, so interested members can order the book if they feel it would be useful to them

Just a thought though - if you intend to post more than a few of them it might be good to contact the author/publisher to make sure they don't mind you doing so and will not object to you 'publishing' them here. Infringement of copyright cases can be expensive
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Kelly try checking out the google book preview it is called Low Carb 1-2-3
          Google Book Search

I had the book out from the library but I found the recipes a bit restrictive. Sometimes they did not add salt or pepper or other spices because it HAD to be three ingredients only. But if you find anything interesting slonko - I sure would like to know too.
