  • Garlic Puree

    Hi.
I love this stuff, I put it in everything. Call me lazy eh! Saves crushing up a garlic clove and making my hands stink.

So this garlic puree has no food label on the packet. I would normally have around half a teaspoon inside whatever I am eating

    The ingredients are
    Garlic (55%)
    Sunflower Oi
    Salt
    Preservative(potassium metabisulphite)

Okay so that is the ingredients inside it, and like I said normally I would use half a teaspoon. I may be being silly, but rather be safe than sorry lol

    Thank you

Your ingredients are fine. I have a "garlic pate" that is ground garlic and olive oil. The nutri facts say 2 TABLESPOONS of the stuff is 6 carbs minus 1 fiber for 5 net.
Your using 1/2 tsp would be 1/12 of that....or just about 1/2 g carbs....and garlic is SOOOOOOOOO worth it!!

If I took the easy way out like that, the Vampires would be staying away from me in a 50-mile radius! I love the stuff. I do my paste the old fashioned way: Smash and mince garlic; put on coarse salt and draw the blade of my chef's knife across until it makes a paste. I grow my own garlic and I use a couple of bulbs a week.
