Not new to Here or Atkins

Hi everyone.

I, like many other people are starting the New Year off by starting re-induction on Atkins.

I don't know why I stray from this WOE, because when I am following it to the "T", I feel so great and everything and everyone around me feels great too, because I have even moods...............

I was a long time member of another board and apparently I have gotten banned and my account has gotten disabled for no apparent reason, so I am coming to be amongst friends.

I just had a biopsy done on my brain to find out what type of tumor I have, so I am at home recooperating after just getting released from the hospital in St. Louis.




I look forward to chatting with each and everyone of you, exchanging menus and ideas and to motivate each other in our darkest times of need!!

(100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day )
Current weight – 254 lbs.
Goal weight - 150 – 160

My DH is at the grocery store after just getting off work picking up stuff for us to start Atkins tomorrow!!

I am excited again and look forward to getting to start exercising soon.
