    Hey guys,

Just wanted to say I LOVE this board. All that support that you guys give is awesome....It's only been 5 days on the diet, but talk about an energy boost.....There have been some major changes for me already this week...and im not just talking about weight loss.... Yesterday I ACTUALLY WENT OUTSIDE AND PLAYED!!!! with my son that is..lol... I really think my son was more suprised than I was considering lately, since being laid off from work I have spent most of my time stressed and lying on the couch.... Then last night, I dusted off the treadmill, it was a what the heck kind of moment. So I went for it. After 30 minutes of walking, I felt even more energized than before.... The most important thing was that this morning, my son,who is 4, woke me up at 7 this morning and said "Mommy, i want a healthy banana and then I want to exercise." LOL. So after he had his banana and some corn flakes and I munched on some scrambled eggs, we spent 45 minutes carelessly dancing around the living room to music as loud as we could get it. Talk about a good time..LOL... After it was over my tot looked at me and said,"Mommy, it's fun being healthy with you". Now that makes it worth it!!!!!!!!!

Miranda, have you considered starting an official blog about your journey? Many women in general (and young moms like you in particular!) would be so inspired and encouraged by reading about your trials and experiences. Just journaling about what you are going through - and in such a positive light - would invigorate women, reassuring them that now is the best time to start living with your kind of zest. Please think about it!
