I am following Atkins, and I was wondering if I could use Marie's Blue Cheese dressing? I haven't been able to find anyone's advice on dressings around here, so I was just curious,

Hi there, Marie's Blue Cheese dressing is actually the ONLY dressing I use store bought. I know, I can't find any other dressings as well. I actually am curious what other people here on ADBB use for dressing's. Since alot of them have next to no carbs, but looking closely to the ingrediants there is ALWAYS sugar in it. I know the best way is to make them ourselves, though for a quick choice maries is definatly great.Age: 30
