I joined a biggest loser contest at my work today .. It's gonna last for 8 weeks ...

Pretty cool huh ..

Kinda sucked that i had to weigh in front of like 6 other people though .. but oh well .. it is what it is ...

Congrats.. I have about 6 people in one that I started at work. 2 of them are on Weight Watchers. 2 are on Jenny Craig...the other 2 are doing it with exercise and low fat.

It really does help. I use Sherri's biggest loser tips and send it out as motivation. We are all remote workers but so far it is working very well with us.
