Ok so today is the big restart day and guess what my husband is going to do this with me!!! He doesn't have too much to loose but he does need to get back into shape, so I'm excited to have him help me! Anyhow we have been taking fish oil and I was wondering about the purity product omega berry does it have any carbs in it? I can't see that it does but it has a berry extract so I didn't know. I even called the company and the operator guy said he didn't think so. I have heard that taking fish oil is very beneficial. So any thoughts? Do you think it is ok to take the omega berry fish oil?

The ingredients that I looked up showed "natural berry and citrus flavor" so I would wonder about that. It showed it as having fruit extracts. Is that the one you have? I am sure there are many that will offer great advice.
I am not sure what I would do. I think I might just continue to take it and count 1 carb, just to be safe. Fish oil is great!
It is nice seeing a picture where I actually have a neck!

Strictly speaking, fruit extracts would not be induction-legal and should be left till pou reach the berries rung/level of OWL
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

They are capsules and the only thing inside is oil, I broke one open so just the capsule itself would have berry in it. And no there is nothing with citrus so again I don't know what to do! I hear the fish oil could help with weight loss but I don't want to take it if its going to make my diet not work!Comment
