  • Is Miracle Whip induction friendly?

    For lunch option, I was thinking of eating canned chicken (kind of like shredded boiled chicken) and using Miracle Whip (the regukar, not Light)... is this induction lega;?

    Not an Atkin friendly food. Check out the list of ingredients~~high fructose corn syrup, modified food starch & sugar. I would stay away from it!

        as the others said definately not. I've never been a Miracle Whip fan, but have heard that adding a bit of sweetener can make regular mayo taste similar to MW. Just make sure you count it toward your daily sweetener.
