    Buying vitamins?

    I want to begin taking some vitamins - where do you guys buy them? I know there must be a great place online but there seem to be wayyyy too many places.....

    Also which are best to take throughout induction?

    I'm a HUGE fan of Netrition. One price for shipping- doesn't matter if you buy 1 thing or 100 things- and they're fast too.

    During Induction I'd take no less than : MultiVitamin, Omega 3-6-9, MSM/glucosamine/chondroitin, and a multi-mineral (magnesium, calcium, potassium mix). I take a *lot* more than that, but those are the essential basics for me.

    General rule of thumb for success: If it requires a degree in chemical engineering to pronounce it, you probably shouldn't eat it.

      I have used netrition in the past - thank you! I know I need to take some supplements but never really got into it -

        I think I am going to go to Trader Joes tonight - see what have before I place an order - I also want to try the Aloe Juice I hear about on this board....
