    Pasting from fitday is a bit confusing as it lays the info out wierdly, but your percentages look fine to me as well as your food choices

    If you are eating when hungry and till no longer hungry you will find days when you need to eat more food and days you eat less, so your low total calories today will probably not be anything to worry about.

    BTW it is possible to paste a link to your fitday account if you make your account 'public' by scrolling right down the 'profile' page and clicking on the 'make my journal public' then people can see the food quantities more easily.
