    You did good in a pinch Papa. Now, from here on out, plan better! (this coming from someone who consistently forgets.) Well... it's good advice anyway.

      Thanks.... and I am having a REALLY good meal at work right now... My version of "Cottage Pie", which I found on recipezarr.

      Basically it is hamburger, mushrooms, mashed cauliflower, sour cream, spices, and put in a little grated parmesan.... in the end it looks like a Shepperd's Pie.... But I eliminated the onions for induction, and I eliminated zucchini because I don't like it.

      1st Goal.... 299... Met on Feb. 3rd, 2009
      2nd goal... hopefully 275 by May 15th, 2009
      Ultimate goal 180 by sometime in 2010.
