  • Just curious re: "old" Atkins?

    I have DANDR and many other Atkins literature, and other low carb diet literature, but I've never read the "original" and I was wondering if anyone else had and could tell me if it is worth reading or if it has changed very much from that original, first, book. Thanks!

    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km
