I'm looking for those of you who are only to lose a small amount or have already succeded. I recall seeing a picture or post by a female my height 5'3 who started at 140 and got down to 109.
Just wanting to understand with challanges and tips. I'm thinking it may be slightly harder and take special attention to lose the final 15-20 lbs.

The scale was not very nice this morning 127. I'm up!!!!! I need to start induction again and not get distracted.
