I am a huge condiemtn queen, and going on Atkins, I've had to about nix all my fave condiments- most notably... A-1 sauce.
Does anyone have a substitute????
Ah, I love that A1 too!! Personally, I have found I'm needing to up my fat in my diet but I miss that sauce. So, I actually started using sour cream as a dip of sorts for my steak and I throw in a very small amount of A1 and mix it up. You get the flavor but you control it...don't get too much. It hasn't hurt me so far and it's not something I do every day. I'm sure I'm opening the door pretty wide here and some people will think it's an absolute no no but I'm speaking from my experience.

Since A-1 has raisins, orange juice and sugar, it is a pretty big no-no. Almost everything in it has a lot of carbs.
I make a pretty good substitute with low carb ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, grated orange zest, orange extract, a little vinegar and some Splenda.
If you are hooked on condiments or dips, there are a lot of things mixed together that are really good. I like Thai chili lime mayo. It's creamy, tangy and a bit spicy. Goes really well with pork or chicken. All you do is zest a lime and squeeze the juice. I use 3 tablespoons of lime juice to a 1/2 cup mayo, about a teaspoon of chili powder and the zest. Stir it up and refrigerate for an hour. You are allowed lemon or lime juice on induction.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
