I've been in ketosis for 2 weeks now and while it's weight loss effects are lovely...I cannot sleep for more than a few hours at a time. My schedule is off track and I have to get it back. This past week has been tough because I keep waking up around 2 a.m. every morning. The dogs like it...another trip outside to go potty. My 13 year old son loves it because he got an XBox 360 for Christmas. I've already fallen asleep and Heaven knows what time he's climbing into bed. After working hard all day and coming home and working out, I'm beat shortly after dark. I wonder if this can be reversed or if I should find a way to love doing housework from 2 a.m. until 5 a.m. every morning!!
