I know I need to read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 edition, The covers all look different?
Does it matter which one I read. Does anyone have the ISBN?

2nd: Which Atkins cookbook is recommended? Im of course starting Induction.

    Thanks

    Re: Atkins books?

There are several different covers~~one is red, one is white & then one is tricolored. As long as it is the 2002 version that is all that matters.

Can't help you on Atkins cookbooks.

Here is a link to a great low carb recipe site~~~

I would not buy an Atkins cookbook. Most of what you will end of cooking is normal stuff perhaps with a few changes. Use Linda's recipe site and recipes from this board to get started. There are some good ones for induction in this thread

DANDR (the 2002 Atkins) will have some recipes at the end that you can check out too.
