I, usually only sticking to cheddar, had a Jarlsberg cheese dip (shredded Jarlsberg cheese, Hellmann's mayo, and a little bit of finely chopped onions)- I had about 3 oz yesterday, and 4 oz today... until I realized that Jarlsberg isn't a cheese on the Acceptable Foods list!!!! 
I worked out at the gym so hard today- I am SO upset with myself for not catching it.
Does anyone know if possible *could* be an acceptable cheese?
Is the cheese carb-loaded?
