I have a question, I just read someone refer to being on rung 9 and so what is exactly added back on rung 1 rung 2 rung 3 and so forth? Maybe I don't have the newest book because it doesn't say like after induction move to rung 1 and add back "this" I realize that you will start adding back a few more vegtables and so forth until you reach your maximum carb limit while sill losing weight or your maximum without gaining depending where you are. Just curious what rung is whole grain which rung is berries and so forth. And another question or opinion needed~to be honest I have about 100+ pounds to lose and so my question is how long would you suggest staying on the induction phase before trying to move up a little? I lose at a fairly decent rate.
