    Can anyone tell me what their daily protien consumption is in calories??
    I need help figuring the max on meat volumes.

    Breakfast:

    3 eggs, 2 turkey sausages (240 calories) 4 carbs

    Lunch:

    Large salad, 7oz. of tuna (210 calories) 5 carbs

    Dinner:

    2 cups Broccoli, 2 chicken thighs (200-250 ea.) 4 carbs

    This would give me about 800-900 calories just from meat. Is this normal?

    If you log the foods in www.fitday (a free online facility) you can see how much protein & fat those calories are giving you as well as how many carbs.
    The proportions we aim at on induction for all the food we eat are 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs.
