Buying Low carb Foods in the US

Hi,

I am coming over for the first time to the US in August with the wife anbd spending a week in Las Vegas. Ideally I would like to buy (ideally in bulk) and fill up one of those suit cases with Low carb items which are either not available or simply very expensive to buy over here in the UK.

Can any of you guys recommend any stores in Vegas (i would image away from the strip) which would sell low Carb treats / cooking mixes etc that i can take home with me?

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, I love vegas!!!!

I wish I knew about a good low carb shopping place there.

The buffets are a low carb paradise!!!

MGM buffet rocks, the Bellagio is insane, Sam's Town is $9.99 and has a carving station (low carb heaven!), oh then the regular restaurants!!!!
mmmmmmmm......
Lucky 7 at Hard Rock, all the great steak houses, mmmmm......
Simon's Kitchen rocks, but not really low carb friendly.
