Is there a section on Fitday to add vitamins and supplements? Can't find under the food category and don't really feel like manually typing in my entire Multivitamin percentages. Any ideas?

Re: Fit day supplements questions
I tried to find the same thing. I don't think there is a section, so I just ignore the section that tells me about nutrition. I guess the only thing I do pay attention to is the section on iron, which I'm not getting from the iron free supplement that I'm taking.

Re: Fit day supplements questions
I use a food logging site called thedailyplate.com that does include vitamins/suppliments on it's food list.
I actually prefer the setup and food lists of daily plate, I find they have almost every brand and food that I need, and rarely need to enter anything custom, which was my biggest pet peeve with Fitday.Jen, 39, F

Re: Fit day supplements questions
Ill have to check out daily plate. I caved and added my customized multivitamin to the food list. I enjoy being able to look at a nutrition chart. I want to monitor my sodium too but doesn't seem to be working. Still unsure of what metabolism formula to use.Erica, 30, Female, 5'5"

Re: Fit day supplements questions
I just added my vitamins using the numbers on the bottles as custom foods.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
