    Re: Sweet N Low sweets?

I did a quick google and found a list of ingredients here Sweet’N Low Summer Fruits Hard Candy - Case
Ingredients: Isomalt, citric acid, malic acid, natural & artificial flavors, acesulfame potassium, sucralose*, red No.40, yellow No.5, yellow No.6, blue No.1.
Isomalt is a sugar alcohol, and the other sweeteners are on the allowed list. Remember - only 3 servings of any sweetener per day
Take a look at the threads in the FAQ forum about sugar alcohols before deciding to use them and also as to whether to count their carbs.
