    I broke my plateau

    hi.. all.. after 12 days of induction.. I lost another 2 lbs... total so far.. 7 of the 15 I wanted to lose... I am down to 128.. I don't know how.. maybe not so many eggs? don't know.. but I will take it!! I can put on my size 6's now.. 8 more to go until 120... Lia

      Dr. Atkins defined a weight loss plateau as 4 consecutive weeks without the loss of inches or pounds. So it's normal not to lose pounds or inches every day or every week.

        To get halfway to goal on induction is a great result!!
        Nearly time to move to the first rung/level of OWL!!
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
