  • What's your favorite "midnight snack"?

    Because it is qucik and easy, I just grab a chunk - about 2 ounces - of Dublimer cheese with mustard.
    I'm a father of twin daughters, whose main goal in life is to set a positive example for them.

    SW 315 1.02.08
    CW 294 on 3.18.09
    1st Goal.... 299... Met on Feb. 3rd, 2009
    2nd goal... hopefully 275 by May 15th, 2009
    Ultimate goal 180 by sometime in 2010.

    FAGE Total (the 17.6-oz/500g container) at just 14 total carbs, or meat/cheese rollups. Raw jicama is great if I'm in a crunchy mood.

          A dill pickle with a quick dip in cream cheese! mmmmmmmmm
          Re re starting this time for good with the support of my husband. He is doing this with me.

              Either cheese and mustard or melted cheese and pepperoni in the microwave were my old late night standbys. Lately though I've been in the mood for a decaf cup of coffee with a little heavy cream. Just finished actually...

                      Yogurt is allowed once you get to Rung 2. Obviously, the rules of OWL about introducing new foods apply.
