I saw someone say this "flu" is a sign of ketosis, just wondering what this is exaclty?

"Flu" is low carber slang for what Dr. Atkins more appropriately called carbohydrate withdrawals.
Basically, it's like having the infectious flu (weakness, tiredness, headaches, etc.) but there is no fever.~Megs~
