  • For UK members-Eggs question

    Hi All,

Im asking this of Uk members because here in the UK our eggs had an issue about salmonella poisoning that i believe isnt the same in the USA or elsewhere but i could be wrong.....

    My question is this please:

How many eggs can we actually eat a week? ie what is healthy

Personally i believe as many as we need since its protein and cholestrol isnt an issue since via this diet we eat away at all fat...but im a newbie at his

    Thank you

    Re: For UK members-Eggs question

all raw eggs pose a risk for salmonella which is why you should eat them cooked. I'm not really sure what your question is regarding that however?

There is no limit on eggs on this woe....enjoy.
