        I think testing once a day or every other day is more than enough.. Our bodies won't go of ketosis from morning till noon.. or even immediately the next day. It is a slow process to begin with. Using too many sticks looks like hop on the scale every two hours and watch the pointer going up and down with every breath we draw in.
