Hi, I thought I was doing well till I started to read this forum! I thoguth I had started the induction phase, but after trying the ketostiks i realise im not even in ketosis after 5 days.
I have been eating;
three boiled eggs
4 0z of cheese
some cucumber
3 atkins bars
meat like chicken in the evening with a few mushrooms.
I ate some sliced ham yesterday which after reading this website i realises it had brown sugar in and other sh**!
Can any one tell me where im going wrong?
