    Thanks alot sunny,
    I am starting to get the induction flu.. which i have never experienced before so think that i am doing pretty well. Here is a sample of my fitday:

    As you can see my cal intake is 1530 fat 61% protein 35% and carbs 4%

        Those numbers look good to me. Although induction is supposed to be 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs, it would be impossible to have those numbers be exact every day. Unless, of course, you prepare your food in a science lab.

          I could not access your fitday but I agree with Sunny the numbers are looking really good. Great work!!!

            I have seen the reference to the percentages before but I don't remember seeing them in the book. Can someone guide me to where I would find it in the 2002 version? I just want to read more about it. Thanks!

              Good luck to you. Those sweetners will trip you up every time! I had to cut back on mine too. I was forgetting to count them,oops!

                Dr Atkins didn't suggest any percentages in his books, so you havent missed seeing them when you read DANDR

                Apparently Dukes University did an analysis of the suggested induction menus and arrived at them,
                Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
