Do you have the book? Have you read it? All of this information is right there in the chapter on induction.

Digestable carbs is the same thing as net carbs. You get net carbs by taking the whole carb count, then deduct the fiber. You can not digest or utilize carbs from fiber. Your tables don't list fiber.

      Example:
      Broccoli, raw, chopped, 1/2 cup
      2.3 grams carbs
      1.3 grams Fiber
1.0 grams net carbs or usable carbs.

You are making Induction way too difficult. The first 14 days should be mindless if you just follow the rules for eating your veggies carbs in the correct quantities from the list of 59 veggies. Then just stick to your 3 to 4 ounces of aged cheeses (including cream cheese), your heavy cream allowance, sour cream, 3 servings of Splenda per day, then you won't need to make this a scientific "diet" which becomes so complicated, you just quit.

Read the chapter on Induction, relax and jump right on in. By the end of induction, all of this will become second nature and then it will be easy to really start to count carbs when you start moving up the carb ladder in OWL.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

You need to add more fat. Your protein doesn't look all that high, but you are light on fat. Add some more butter, mayo and olive oil. If you eat your salad veggies like you're supposed to, then you can use a full fat salad dressing to get your fat count up. Put some butter or bacon grease in those green beans for flavor and fat. Fry those eggs in butter.

i drenched my eggs in butter today

question about the dressing though i got a few dressings in my fridge but they all say they have sugar in the ingredients so can i still use them if i only use a tablespoon or two?

bought some canned pumpkin today as i saw those will net about 8 grams of carbs per cup figured when i was running a little low on carbs i can use that to substitute some

did mayo on my burgers today

Strictly speaking these are not allowed

Prepared salad dressings without added sugar and no more than two carbs per tablespoon serving are also fine.
You will see many members posting that they do use these, so if you cannot find any with no added sugar you might see how your body reacts to them, but keep servings to a small amount till you know you can still lose with them and be prepared to drop them if they seem to be spoling your weightloss efforts.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
