He 'yall,
This is my 3rd day of induction(the right way) and i feel dizzy , headaches , irritated .. and after i woke up this afternoon my mouth feels like sugar in it...
is that okay?
I am going by the book
and use fitday to calculate my carbs

Like going thru carb withdrawl.
